How do I wire up my thermostat to run the fan only when I switch the button from auto to on? - fan thermostat

I have tried is the green wire to G on the thermostat and the furnace wire, the fan does not turn on the switch is in the thermostat. I have no cooling system so I just want the thread to run the fan when I need it. The new Amana furnace is a terminal inside the control TWIN YWRC G. I have highlighted would like to know what each of these terminals. Thank you.
