Pen Sketch India Ink, Brush Pen And "biggie" Sketch Pad?

India ink, brush pen and "biggie" sketch pad? - pen sketch

I am dying for the taste of drawing with small brush, ink and regular cheap "Biggie" sketch books - all are readily available and inexpensive. The plan is to move lines in pencil, then over the lines with expressive brush strokes. Do you have any tips for me? I've never tried this before.
